Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer same-day shipping?

Yes. Orders placed before 6 PM EST on a business day ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Orders after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day, and a tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order leaves us.
Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only, to all 50 states. International shipping isn’t available yet.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 ship at a flat rate of $12, calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
+
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the package is dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way. If you can’t find it, contact us with your order number.

Quality & Testing
Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is independently tested by a third-party lab, and we publish the Certificates of Analysis publicly so you can verify purity and identity yourself — no guesswork. View our COAs →
Where can I find the COA for my batch?

All Certificates of Analysis are listed on our COA page, organized by product. If you need the exact batch from your order, email us your order number and we’ll send it over.
What does your testing cover?

Testing covers identity verification and purity analysis using HPLC and Mass Spectrometry, performed by an independent laboratory.
What does “Research Use Only” mean?

All products are intended strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human consumption and not intended for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary use. By ordering, you confirm you’re purchasing for legitimate research purposes only.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, we can’t accept returns of opened or shipped product. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — or your order doesn’t arrive — contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few additional days to appear on your end.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and crypto (Bitcoin and USDC). Payment details are provided at checkout. If you have any trouble paying, just reach out and we’ll walk you through it.
Is my payment information safe?

Yes. We never handle or store credit card data — payments are made directly through the methods above, so your sensitive financial details never pass through our site. The site itself runs over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so the window to change one is short. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be modified.
