How you earn.

Commission is paid as a percentage of qualifying referred product subtotal, based on your tier. Your tier is determined by your referred sales in a calendar month and applies to that month’s earnings.

• Standard — 15%Your entry rate from day one. No minimums to start earning.
• Silver — 20%Unlocked once you pass $1,000 in referred sales in a calendar month.
• Gold — 25%For top partners moving $3,000+ in a month. The highest rate we offer.

Clear terms, no surprises.

Exactly how and when commission is calculated, held, and paid out.

• Subtotal OnlyCommission is paid on product subtotal — never on shipping or tax.
• Net-30, MonthlyPayouts go out 30 days after each month closes, on a clean monthly cycle.
• $50 MinimumBalances roll over until you reach $50, then release on the next cycle.
• Refund ClawbackIf a referred order is refunded or charged back, that commission reverses.
• No StackingDiscount codes can’t combine with sitewide promotions — one code per order.
• 30-Day AttributionSales are credited to your code at checkout — clean and cookie-free.

Keep it clean, stay in the program.

A few hard lines that protect every partner’s earnings and the brand. Violating any of these may result in withheld commission and removal from the program.

• No self-referrals or buying through your own code.
• No paid-search bidding on “Codex Research” or brand terms.
• No coupon-aggregator or cashback sites.
• No spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized discounting.

Promote it like research. Because it is.

Codex products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. As a partner, how you talk about them is part of the deal — and it protects you as much as us. These are conditions of staying in the program, not suggestions.

• Keep all content research-use-only. No human or veterinary use framing.
• No dosing instructions, protocols, or medical / weight-loss claims.
• Disclose the partnership — “#ad” or “I earn a commission” (FTC requirement).
• Codex reserves the right to remove any partner for non-compliant content.

The standard stuff.

Either party may end the partnership at any time. Any commission earned and cleared before termination will still be paid on the normal cycle, subject to the payout terms above.

Codex Research may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active partners, and continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
