Return & Refund Policy
Our products are research materials, and all sales are final. We understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we’re here to help.

All Sales Final
Our products are temperature-sensitive research materials. Once they leave our cold-chain, we can’t verify how they have been stored or handled — so for everyone’s safety and integrity, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns of opened or shipped product.

We Fix It
If we got something wrong — a damaged vial, the wrong item, or an order that never arrives — that’s on us. Report it within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. No runaround.

Changes or Cancellations
You can cancel or change an order at any time before it is dispatched. Email us with your order number and, if it has not yet been handed to the carrier, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once a parcel has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds go back the way the money came. Card payments are returned to the card used and reach your statement within 5–7 business days once we have issued them. Orders paid in Bitcoin are refunded in Bitcoin, sent to a wallet address you provide, at the US dollar value of the order at the time it was placed — a Bitcoin payment cannot be reversed by us or by your wallet provider, so we can only refund it as a new transaction.

Bundles and Kits
Bundle and kit orders are refunded as a whole. Because bundle pricing depends on the number of vials in the bundle, we cannot refund part of one and keep the discount on the rest.

Memberships
Membership plans are access and discounts rather than a shipped product. You can cancel a plan at any time from the Membership tab in your account, which stops any future billing and leaves your benefits running to the end of the term you have paid for. A term already begun is not refundable.

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
