Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states. We do not ship to freight forwarders or export orders abroad.
How is my order packaged?
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no reference to the contents — insulated mailers with ice packs, sealed and discreet. Signature on delivery is not required unless we tell you otherwise, so a parcel may be left at your address; if you would rather it were held for collection, arrange that with the carrier using your tracking number.
What if my package is delayed?
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times rest with them — standard domestic arrival runs 2–5 business days. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays or events outside our control are not grounds for a refund of shipping, though we will always help you chase a delayed parcel. If anything arrives damaged or goes missing, email us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $9.99, and free on orders over $150. 2-Day Shipping is $24.99, and free on orders over $250. Codex Plus and Codex Pro members get 2-Day on every order, and Codex Core members get standard delivery on every order, no minimum.
