You must be 21 years of age or older to browse or purchase from Codex Research. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement, that you have the authority to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes only.

All products sold by Codex Research are intended strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human consumption and are not intended for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary use. By purchasing, you agree to handle all materials in accordance with applicable laws and standard laboratory safety practices, and you accept full responsibility for their proper handling, storage, and use.

Orders are processed once payment has cleared. We ship with insulated packaging and cold-chain materials where required. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address; we are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect details, refused deliveries, or carrier delays outside our control.

Due to the nature of these materials, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-sensitive products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Products are provided “as is” for research purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your purchase and use comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codex Research is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted to this page.
