Our products are temperature-sensitive research materials. Once they leave our cold-chain, we can’t verify how they’ve been stored or handled — so for everyone’s safety and integrity, all sales are final and we can’t accept returns of opened or shipped product.
That said, if we got something wrong — a damaged vial, the wrong item, or an order that never arrives — that’s on us. Report it within 7 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. No runaround.
